Do not do tricks. Do not wear loose
clothing when riding. Please ride safely and obey all laws. Do not
go scooting under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Do not carry
passengers on one person scooters. Be alert when scooting.
Carry your toolkit. Ride safely and courteously. Maintain
your tire pressure. Premix your gas correctly if using a gas
powered scooter or moped. Do not ride electric scooters in the
rain. Parents are responsible for supervising usage for children under
16. Don't ride at night, stay out of traffic and keep off gravelly
or slippery roadway surfaces. Use common sense.
Make sure your scooter is ready for
the road before you ride. Check to ensure there is air in your tires.
Check all bolts to ensure everything is tight, use Lock-Tite to ensure
they stay tight. |

restricting the use of these items on public streets, generally
all states allow them on private property such as campgrounds,
parks etc....but many states have age requirements and most
states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by
certain age children. Pocket bikes with racing slicks should not
be used on wet or slippery roads. Please always scoot safely.
Know your laws before you go scooting. We will not take back a
scooter if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride
it. Check first. Purchase of any products releases The Scooter
Shoppe LLC from all liability, no matter how incurred.

Disclaimer, Terms, Policies and Conditions:
If you buy, you are a "Purchaser". The use of the term
you or your herein shall be interpreted to mean and have
the same effect as Purchaser. We, The Scooter Shoppe LLC
hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either
expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose, except warranties
described below.
"Product"
is defined as the Scooter(s), Moped(s), ATV(s), Sea
Scooter(s), Gas Skateboard, or any other product sold by
The Scooter Shoppe LLC.
You as Purchaser agree to on behalf of yourself, your
personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin
you hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue
The Scooter Shoppe LLC, its owners, directors, trustees,
officers, members, volunteers, and employees (the
"Releases"), from all liability, claims, losses or
damages on your account arising out of activities at or
associated with the purchase of the product (s). You
further agree that if, despite this release and
indemnity agreement, you or anyone on your behalf makes
a claim against any of the Releases, you will indemnify,
defend and hold harmless each of the Releases from any
litigation expense, attorney fees, loss, liability,
damage or costs which also may incur as a result of such
claim. Purchaser understands the nature of scooter
riding and activities, and that you are qualified in
good health, and in proper physical condition to
participate in such activity. You also agree that you
assume all risks when allowing others to operate your
vehicle(s). If you are not familiar with the nature of
riding, you should seek professional training before
operating or riding said product.
Warning:
Scooter/Moped/ATV/Sea Scooter riding activities involve
risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including
but not limited to, disability, paralysis and death, (b)
these risks and dangers may be caused by your own
actions, or in-actions, the actions or in-actions of
others participating in the activity, the condition in
which the activity takes place, or the negligence of
others and (c) there may be other risks and social and
economic losses either known to you, not known to you or
not readily foreseeable at this time and you fully
accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility
for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of
your participation in the scooter riding activity. You
must inspect all equipment before using it and to take
full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is
in
good working order and safe to use. You further
understand that you are responsible for damage to
equipment. You are responsible for assembly of your
purchase. In no way is The Scooter Shoppe LLC
responsible for assisting in the
assembly and operation of your purchase (s). Prices
subject to change without notice. Please contact us for
the most current prices. Parents are responsible for
supervising usage for children under 16. We do not
recommend or endorse anyone under this age using a
scooter without parental supervision, and furthermore
the parent shall act in accordance with this disclaimer.
